For orders outside of Cairo and Giza, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to other governorates. Return Policy:

At Norhanelshouradesigns,

1- Available on door trials and if you want to return the items with the courier shipping has to be paid.

2- Exchanges and refunds are not available after the courier leaves.

3- Items available for preorders are not allowed to be tried on door but are eligible for exchanges.
