It doesn’t look like the one in the picture at all. The belt is completely different, and the material is different too. There seems to be something wrong with it.

Terrible customer service. The belt I received was significantly shorter than advertised. When I contacted them, they said I “should have opened it,” despite their own policy stating “On door trials are not available during sale time.” Very disappointing and contradictory.
