Unfortunately, the color of the dress I received does not match the color shown in the product photos or Instagram reels. Due to the restrictive refund and exchange policy, I am unable to exchange it.
This was my first purchase from the store, but unfortunately, it will likely be my last. The discrepancy between the advertised color and the actual product has reduced my confidence in purchasing other items, as I can no longer rely on the photos to accurately represent the products.
